I was invited to give a lecture about HTML5 on a course titled WWW Applications at the Department of Media Technology of Helsinki University of Technology.
Here’s a recording of the lecture given on 2009-02-17. (Duration: 1:36:11.) There were questions at the end. I have edited out the questions but kept the answers both in order to remove badly recorded audio and to comply with Finnish privacy laws. Keynote’s video export turned out to be infuriatingly buggy, so the video track for the second half of the presentation has been recreated.
There’s no transcript. Sorry.
I find that I say “umm”, “uhh” and “so” a lot. :-(
P.S. Safari users should install XiphQT (and also ask Apple to provide a “Save Video As…” context menu option).
