This kit is designed for diagnosing the nature of XHTML and HTML support in handheld UAs. Correct documentation for such UAs is hard to find, so they are kind of black boxes to users and authors. :-(
Each document contains at least a title, a heading, a paragraph, an unordered list and a link.
If these are rendered without error, the UA has at least basic support for XHTML and Namespaces in XML.
If the following is rendered without error, the UA parses text/html (either as XML or as tag soup).
If this is rendered as XHTML, the UA is parsing text/html as namespaced XML.
The following two documents should cause a parse error.
